Analytical Services Built for Operator Efficiency

Public description of Gauditor’s analytical products for Amazon Selling Partners—catalog quality, compliance, performance, and advertising analytics that replace scattered exports and manual checks.

Each product uses only catalog, listing, advertising, and performance data necessary to deliver the described outputs. No Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII) is accessed or processed. Descriptions satisfy Amazon Acceptable Use Policy sections 4.4 and 4.5.

Workspace-scoped data

Each Selling Partner’s catalogs and reports stay isolated to their workspace

SP-API authorized only

Access is limited to data the Selling Partner authorizes through Amazon SP-API

Ops next to audits

Performance and PPC views sit beside catalog quality work—not in a separate tool silo

Analytical products and services

Shipped analytical products provided to Amazon Selling Partners (sellers and vendors). Each entry states what we deliver, what data we use, and what we do not access.

Catalog analytics

Replaces: Manual catalog QA spreadsheets and incomplete attribute reviews

Product: Analysis of product catalog data (listings, attributes, and related metadata) from Seller Central and Vendor Central to identify data quality issues, completeness gaps, and remediation priorities.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Catalog vs Live Data mismatch detection and open-issues queues
  • Information / listing data quality (IDQ) scoring and trends
  • Completeness and attribute coverage tracking by ASIN
  • Brand distribution and category views derived from catalog attributes

Data used: Catalog items, listing attributes, and product identifiers (ASIN, SKU). No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Described accurately above; we use only the data stated, solely for catalog analytics for the respective Selling Partner. No customer PII; data is isolated per workspace/account.

Brand analytics

Replaces: Scattered brand-attribute checks across Seller Central exports

Product: Analytical product that helps Selling Partners understand brand presence and listing consistency on Amazon. We analyze brand-related catalog and listing attributes from the Selling Partner’s own catalog—including brand name, product type, and category. This product does not access Amazon customer PII or Amazon consumer behavior data.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Brand name and brand-related attribute completeness, consistency, and correctness
  • Product categorization by brand using ASIN, SKU, product type, and brand attributes
  • Brand-related listing quality and attribute coverage reporting
  • Brand Analytics hubs and catalog search reports where the Selling Partner has authorized access

Data used: Only the Selling Partner’s own catalog and listing data via authorized SP-API access: ASIN, SKU, brand attributes, product type, category, and related listing fields. No customer PII, consumer behavior data, or other sellers’ product data.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Clearly and accurately described above. We use only the data types stated, solely for these analytical services to the respective Selling Partner, with strict workspace isolation.

Compliance analytics

Replaces: Ad-hoc listing-requirement checks and suppressed-listing hunts

Product: Automated compliance monitoring against Amazon listing requirements for the Selling Partner’s own catalog. Identifies missing or invalid attributes, surfaces listing issues, and tracks remediation status.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Listing requirements validation and gap analysis by product type
  • Listing issues and suppressed / inactive listing triage views
  • Compliance status tracking for the Selling Partner’s catalogs
  • Listing health / score trends tied to catalog and Live Data signals

Data used: Catalog and listing attributes, product types, listing issues, and requirement rules. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Described accurately; we use only catalog, listing-issue, and requirement data for these purposes. No customer PII; scoped to the Selling Partner’s own catalog and isolated per account.

Performance analytics

Replaces: Downloading Sales & Traffic and account-health reports into separate sheets

Product: Product- and account-level performance analytics to help Selling Partners understand sales, traffic, ratings, and account health using permitted Amazon business and performance data.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Business / Sales & Traffic views by ASIN and period
  • Seller Performance / account health monitoring where connected
  • Rating and review trend views from available product-level signals
  • Operational reporting that sits alongside catalog audit work

Data used: Product performance and business report data as permitted by Amazon for the Selling Partner. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: As described; we use only permitted performance and business report data for these insights for the respective Selling Partner. No customer PII; strict isolation.

Advertising (PPC) analytics

Replaces: Manual Sponsored Products bulk-export pivots

Product: Analytics for Amazon Sponsored Products performance using bulk export data provided by the Selling Partner (or authorized report flows where applicable). Aggregates spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and related metrics for operator review.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Sponsored Products bulk-export parsing and aggregation
  • ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion views by campaign, ASIN, SKU, and date range
  • Period comparisons (e.g. WoW / MoM style ranges) for operator triage
  • Recommendations and dashboards that stay next to catalog workflows

Data used: Advertising performance data from Selling Partner–provided Sponsored Products exports and/or authorized advertising report access. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Described accurately; advertising analytics use only Selling Partner advertising/performance data for that partner’s accounts. No customer PII; isolated per workspace.

Catalog submission and diagnostic data

Replaces: Editing in Seller Central without a shared submission record

Product: Tools that allow Selling Partners to submit catalog and listing updates to Amazon and to retrieve diagnostic data (e.g. sales rank, buy box, categories) for their own catalog items via approved APIs.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Submission of product attribute updates via Amazon Listings Items / feeds APIs
  • Submission status tracking next to catalog and product views
  • Retrieval and display of diagnostic and catalog data for the Selling Partner’s own products
  • Bulk and single-item workflows for catalog and listing management

Data used: Catalog and listing data provided by the Selling Partner and diagnostic data returned by Amazon for their products. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: As described; we use only the Selling Partner’s own catalog and Amazon-returned diagnostic data. No customer PII; strictly per Selling Partner and isolated per account.
